breakpoint: a breakpoint has been reached

i used cefsharp as an embedded browser in my project and after runing my application for a while on multiple machines a popup message will be shown that said "cefsharp.browsersubprocess breakpoint has been reached"
and the browser will show black screen and doesn't respond any more , any idea why it happened and how to fix it ?
note that i'm using CEFSharp 49.0.1.0
