Building CEF Binary Tests on Mac OSX

I just downloaded the standard distribution for the CEF binaries for Mac OSX from here:

Does anyone know of any documentation on actually building the tests: cefclient, cefsimple, etc?

The only direction I can find doesn't include instructions on running cmake, etc., to setup the build.

Usually, you create a build folder then cd to that folder and do a "cmake .." - but that's failing.

Can any provide any help with this?
