Question about bug fixes

When an open issue is marked as fixed, does it mean that all branches get the fix or only the master ?

For instance, branch 5195 is fixed with the issue about crash when the open file window shows up ? If i build the binaries now, the resulted binaries will be patched ?

Commits are referenced from the issue. Click on the commit to see what branch it applied to.
