how to set the encoding for analysis the header

the version is 1.19/.net winform/;

the question is if the header contains chinese characters, it will show the unreadable code and sometimes show errors when running at

"header->Add(toClr(it->first),toClr(it->second));"!

i try to set "BrowserSetting set =new BrowserSetting();set.DefaultEncoding ="gbk";" but it did not work.

now i want to know if it can set the encoding and how to set!
