Debian package(s)?

Postby rhayes » Fri Dec 21, 2012 12:33 am

Has anyone made a Debian package for CEF?
Advice is sought:
Is it better to package CEF in one package, my code in another? Or chromium, CEF, and my code in three packages?
How to get the debian package tools to play nice with the CEF build system?
    What else should I know?
Thanks!

CEF provides a make_distrib.sh script that collects the necessary files after building CEF/Chromium. See the BranchesAndBuilding wiki page for more information. These files can be packaged with your application or separately depending on your requirements (upgrade plans, etc).
