CefBrowser keeps running but no web page is shown

After I changed the Program.cs file and added necessary code,
I can see that when hovering mouse on the CefBrowser, it shows the sand hopper but the webpage never shown up.

Can anyone help please?

Are you running the message loop? Perhaps you should start with a working client and slowly remove the parts that you don't need in order to identify where the breakage occurs.
