I am using CEF 3.1650.1544.
There are two pak files: cef.pak and devtools_resources.pak
What are they use for?
What is the difference between cef.pak/devtools_resources.pak and the other files in locales folder such as en-US.pak?

cef.pak - Non-localized CEF, Chromium and Blink resources.
devtools_resources.pak - DevTools resources.
locales - Localized strings.
devtools_resources.pak - DevTools resources.
locales - Localized strings.

Hi magreenblatt, Thanks for your reply.
I delete cef.pak, and still can start CEF demo app, access some web pages and work smoothly.
But if I delete the locales folder, CEF cannot start.
So when/how is cef.pak nessesary?

You can open cef.pak in a text editor to see what it contains.
