Why does load error -401 occur?

Why does load error -401 occur?

I'm using CEF v3.1650.1567 with some socks5 proxy and i often face load error -401 (unable to read from the disk cache).
I don't quite understand why this error occurs. Can you please tell me a bit more about this error and fetch some possible reasons?
