Error: Cannot create windows on non-UI thread

I'm trying to run most of the CEF Client from builds 1750 up to the latest one of Windows version running 32 bit. Everything runs perfectly on Windows 7. Similar to my previous http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2375 ... 3#23801183 or viewtopic.php?f=10&t=11771, CEF doesn't run properly on Windows XP SP2. Here's the log when it is ran...

[0522/163005:ERROR:singleton_hwnd.cc(43)] Cannot create windows on non-UI thread!

But it did not solve my problem unfortunately.
