Cefsimple for Branch 1650

Does anyone have a "cefsimple" or a very simple sample program for Chromium Embedded Framework build 1650 (http://cefbuilds.com)? The cefclient of this build is really hard to read and this is the only build that's compatible with our machine running Windows XP SP2.
