CEF1 and Mimetype

Hi,

i've been using Libcef since a couple of years and i have two issues (which might be correlated to each other).
Is there a better way to handle "unknown" mime types like application/vnd.hbbtv.xhtml+xml than loading the page in the Downloadhandler and filling the context via browser.MainFrame.LoadString?

I also realized that in certain cases redirects like: https://www.etracker.de/lnkcnt.php?et=xjVHpm&url=http://hbbtv.clipfish.de/index.php?app=music%26returnapp=rtl2&lnkname=Clipfish-Startleiste-Link don't work properly. The images and data is still requested on the wrong server.
