I am using the cef build 3.2623, i have a large scale SPA built using angular. We are seeing a huge raise in DOM memory allocations in chrome's timeline.
We are trying to fix issues on application front but it looks that it has got very little to with it. 'Garbage collect' button on chrome's dev tools will release memory.
I have been following discussions and issues raised by angular teams like this
https://github.com/angular/angular.js/issues/9095
and https://github.com/angular-ui/ui-router/issues/545
Is there a way to force GC in CEF's V8 context?
--js-flags='--enable-gc' isn't helping.
There could be a way to limit the maxallocatedmemory to a smaller value and allow CEF to GC more frequently? How can I do this?
What are the implications of this?
