Crash: start in server2008 r2 which run in a VMWare

Crash: start in server2008 r2 which run in a VMWare

1.Start in server2008 r2 which run in the VMWare. It just can't start.
2.When starting, it crash and display "XXX has stopped working".
3.I tried version 3.1547 and version 3.2556. All reproduced.
4.cefclient and cefsimple also can reproduce this problem.
5.Google Chrome won't reproduce.
