Seems like a long road ahead here.
Is that actually the case, that your app was rejected because of its inclusion of CEF? My customer has had me slated for revamping our CEF-based education app to submit to the App Store, and I've done a fair amount of work already including restructuring CEF just like what you specified earlier. But if CEF isn't even on the menu, I should let my customer know asap and see if they're willing to switch to WkWebView for the App Store or to just keep on with 3rd party hosting & distribution.
