Using Chrome-Style Tabs with CEF

Postby kruncher » Sat Jul 18, 2009 6:32 pm

Hi all,

Is it possible to use the Chrome-style tabs (using the multi-process architecture for robustness) in conjunction with CEF?

Many thanks,

CEF is based on the Chromium WebKit API that provides renderer support but does not include user interface or multi-process capabilities. These capabilities are implemented by the Chromium application/browser component. You might consider using the complete Chromium browser in an embedded context as demonstrated by this (rather old) patch set: http://codereview.chromium.org/10973
