CEF > 80 = memleak in devtool

Hello guys !

I have found a memory leak into DevTools Network panel for CEF > 80.

Step to reproduce:
- Download any Window64 Sample App from http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... s64_builds
- Launch cefclient.exe, open DevTools, and go to Network panel
- open the url https://www.bouyguestelecom.fr/telephones-mobiles (big page)

Problem:
- with cef <= 80, no problem, Chrome is taking arround ~200 MB.
- with cef >= 81, mem leak problem, Chrome is taking arroung ~800 MB. (and when DevTools window is closed, memory is released)

Tested with:
- cef_73.1.12_OK
- cef_79.1.36_OK
- cef_80.1.15_OK
- cef_81.3.10_memleak
- cef_83.5.0_memleak
- cef_84.3.7_memleak

Do you know how to debug this ?
Or do you know how to contact the correct peoples who can fix this ?

I made some more test with this memleak problem, and I discover it was fixed since Chrome 86 !
To resume:

• cef_binary_86.0.21_ok
• cef_binary_87.1.14_ok
