Downloading clang-format from Google Storage step failed

I have been following the installation steps in https://github.com/chromiumembedded/cef ... gnrIP_SOYM.

In the building step in cmake -G "Unix Makefiles" -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ..

I got the error failed to fetch files.

I am working on Linux Redhat.

Python version 2.7.5
