Is there a dev Linux package containing headers?

Is there a dev Linux package containing headers?

I'm looking for something like a dev-package containing header files that I can install on my Linux distro in the appropriate directory

/usr/include
. Is it possible to build it from source or what is the proper way to install the header files?

There is no system install package for CEF. You need to use a binary distribution.
