Error loading media: File could not be played

I'm getting the "Error loading media: File could not be played" error when navigating to one of our web sites and trying to run a WalkMe help topic that plays a video. I can launch Chrome itself on my box and have no problem. I saw at least one post about this that said to try and disable hardware acceleration. I checked with Chrome since it worked in Chrome on my box and hardware acceleration is on. I didn't see a way to turn hardware acceleration off via the CefSettings structure so I could test if that is an issue even though it isn't with Chrome.

We do not run with the sandbox. Don't know if that makes a difference. Is there any setting I should try to see if I can resolve this issue?

This is found in the log file but it doesn't tell me why CEF has the issue but not Chrome:
