Build Failed: 4103 "ValueError: Var is the only allowed fun"

I tried to build the branch 4103 with codecs support enable and it results in the failure: "ValueError : Var is the only allowed function(file ..\chromium_git\\chromium\\src\\DEPS, Line 162)"

Update.bat:
set CEF_USE_GN=1
set GN_DEFINES=is_official_build=true proprietary_codecs=true ffmpeg_branding=Chrome
set GN_ARGUMENTS=--ide=vs2019 --sln=cef --filters=//cef/*
set DEPOT_TOOLS_UPDATE=0
python ..\automate\automate-git.py --download-dir=D:\code\chromium_git --depot-tools-dir=D:\code\depot_tools --minimal-distrib --client-distrib --branch=4103

I had tried updating the %path% with setting the depot tools at top still the same issue.

Please suggest whether changing the Depot_tools to latest version ("depot_tools_checkout' is fc5e103221. I changed it to 233589f2e7 which is used in 4147 branch." - Commented by truenip) would be correct approach to build ?

Thanks for the comment "magreenblatt". I followed the link and perform the same as mentioned in my previous comment "I had tried updating the %path% with setting the depot tools at top still the same issue." I am not sure whether changing the depot_toos version to the latest one (used in cef 84 ) would be the correct approach?
