Unable to start Debugging ?

This is the closest I have ever come to running the MinimalExample with
No program errors :
But now i am getting this error:

Unable to start debugging. The startup project cannot
launched. Ensure that the correct project is set as the startup
project. The startup project can be changed by selecting the
'Set as Startup Project' command from the right click menu in
Solution Explorer.
Additionally make sure its debug settings are correctly
configured in project properties.

I have tried the recommendation , but still no go .

Pls , what else can I try .

I'm not sure who can help you, it's not clear what you are trying to do. Are you trying to run a cef sample?

Yes I downloaded and am trying to run github CefSharp.MinimalExample .

Ok , I RE-downloaded https://github.com/cefsharp/CefSharp.MinimalExample
Actually , what would Help me the most is if someone
would step me thru 'Open a New Project' from this point :

I need Help ,
What file should I click on to populate the VS IDE .
