I did some more tests in the demos that work and don't work and I saw a difference in the request headers for a resource called "settings" that returns a 404.

CEF uses "en-US,en;q=0.9" in the "accept-language" header by default. Set it to "sv" and this seems to fix this issue with the MiniBrowser demo.
