CEF build errors: CIPD selfupdate failed...

Continually getting this error trying to build CEF v88 on macOS 11.2 with media codecs enabled - same branch/commit hash worked earlier today for Win32/64 builds.

I have repeated the build several times in case it was a transient network issue - anyone come across this before and found a fix?

For those that come later...

I fixed this by refining my .zshrc script - there were a bunch of variables being set and I suspect one was causing unwanted side effects in my build environment. I would iterate on builds to find out which one but it takes my computer the best part of a day to build CEF so I'll leave that for another day.
