How to Build CEF with tag 4430 on windows 10

I use cef_binary_84.2.1+g3f2c372+chromium-84.0.4147.89_windows64.tar.bz2. I integrate the cef into MFC project. I need the cef support playing mp4 file using H5 video tag, but the cef does not support the function by default. So I want to to build the cef source code in order to support the function.
I live in China. I use automated building, but failed to update depot_tools because some IP addresses can not be access in China.
Can any body help me? Thanks in advance.
