cef.pak and other pak files missing

I am trying to cross-compile CEF 90.0.4430.93 and I noticed that cef.pak, cef_100_percent.pak, cef_200_percent.pak, cef_extensions.pak and devtools_resources.pak are missing. I have been cross-compiling different versions of CEF over the past year and those files have always been generated. Are they no longer required?
