why cefsimple.exe doesn't support msaa?

Cef version : cef 87
Recently i'm studying msaa and uia , but i find that cefclient support msaa while cefsimple doesn't. I wonder why this happen.Can someone tell me why?
PS: I use narrator.exe and inspect.exe to test this demo.
