Black vertical line at the right when horizontal resizing

Black vertical line at the right when horizontal resizing

When I resize a browser window horizontally I see black area's on the right in the browser window. This can also be seen in the CefClient sample application.

Is there a way to get around this?

What OS?
What CEF version?
What GPU are you using? Have you tested with different hardware?
