Offline mode does not work in iframe?

Hi,

I have custom scheme, say http://happ/spa.html, which has iframe inside, say https://www.google.com/,
then try to set Offline Mode via context menu, but iframe still can load web content.

Offline mode can work on main frame.

is there any way to make it work in iframe? how?
