MediaDeviceSalts / MediaDeviceSalts-journal

I noticed that recent versions of CEF create these files automatically on several folders :

MediaDeviceSalts
MediaDeviceSalts-journal

What is this and how to avoid these files to be created ?

What OS and CEF version? Where and when are these files being created? Does it reproduce with the CEF sample apps?

I'm seeing this starting with 119, but I jumped from 116.
If I'm reading sources correctly, this appears in this Chromium commit.

Where are these files being created? If it’s outside of the cache directory, please add a New issue at https://github.com/chromiumembedded/cef/issues

I'm on Windows 11 and using branch 6045.

The files are created outside the cache directory, actually i see these files everywhere from now and then : on my desktop, on documents folder, on my app folder... looks like it's creating the files where the host application is opened.
