Does CEF include the Dawn WebGPU implementation?

I assume that it must since Chromium has it, but AFAIK it isn't exposed by any of the DLLs in CEF's binary distribution.

I'm interested in using it as a higher-level alternative to the graphics APIs it uses at backends (e.g, Vulkan, DirectX3D, Metal), though not inside webpages but rather for custom browser controls.

There's also wgpu, Firefox's implementation, but it has inferior error messages and can't be hooked into a debugger.

Oh right, there's also the DawnCache directory that gets generated by Chromium, so it *must* be included somewhere. I'm guessing it's just internal to some other DLL and not exposed anywhere as a C API.
