I want to Embedded CEF to my app write by C#WPF to rotate screen. can you tell me about the way?, thanks.

No C# bindings currently exist for the CEF API. In order to use CEF from C# you will need to write the bindings. The easiest way to do that would likely be by writing a COM wrapper for the CEF API.
