Hi,
is there a plan to include drag & drop JS API? (http://html5demos.com/drag works in Chromium).

Sure. Please add an issue to the CEF issue tracker. Patches welcome.

I'd love to, cause this is like one of the coolest control out there, but I'm using CEF from Delphi (Pascal).
