Run CEF on bare metal

Did someone try to run CEF on bare metal without using operating system?
Is it possible to make some boot loader for CEF or make such build to run it right from USB flash drive?
The idea is to use CEF as standalone terminal on the machine without the need of configuring kiosk mode on/or OS.
It would be very helpful for many projects.
