What I need to configure to turn Cef into a mobile browser? Not in dev tools.

Changing user agent should be sufficient in most cases.

For devtools emulation there is an open issue https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/ ... missing-in

I want to hide all scrollbars and I supposed that configuring Cef as a mobile agent would work but it does not - is there anything else that should be changed as well?
